Maybe there is a single mother, that needs some help putting food on the table or just needs some encouragement.
Instead of buying that last gift, think about donating to a food bank, an energy assistance program to help keep heat on in someones house, make a donation to your favorite charity.
I always like to make a year end gift to the Denver Dumb Friends League.
