Today I am thankful for:
Hugging my wife before starting the day.
Being able to enjoy a six mile run on a beautiful fall day in Colorado.
Being invited to Yoga class with my daughter, even though the instructor didn't show up today.
Having lunch with Laura at PF Chang's.
Feeling more at peace and joyful with who I am.
